Founding the Volland Group, Andreas Volland started to act as a building contractor and project developer on the real estate and property market 28 years ago. Looking back on past successes, the focus of this activity has always been on the cities of Berlin and Munich.

Apart from developing its own projects, the Volland Group has supported selected investors in the fields of project coordination, project management, and the technical and commercial project development.

To this day, the Volland Group has developed a real estate volume of more than 200 million Euros.

  • Since 1992 successful activity as a building contractor with the companies Volland & Körner GmbH in Munich / Volland & Körner Projektmanagement GmbH & Co KG in Munich
  • Project development as proprietor and project manager for various historic estate projects in Munich, Berlin, Magdeburg, Leipzig and other towns/li>
  • Investor and building contractor for private projects, and activity as project manager for selected national and international private and institutional investors
  • Since the beginning of his investment activities in 1992, Andreas Volland has handled a project volume of more than 200 million Euros on his own account

Our core buisness is the revitalisation of older appartment houses.

In this field, we focus on the restoration of the projects in the Gründerzeit style, with its characteristic historical elements.

The Volland Corporate Group has specialised on developing and expansding the potentials we find in buildings and premises – among other factors, this comprises the redesign of roofs and top floors, aswell as sensible densification methods.
