Blutenburgstraße 37 (listed ensemble)

This Gründerzeit corner house is located in the sophisticated environment of popular Blutenburgstraße. This means, appert from the typical Munich charm, one finds a very good infrastructure, and a traffic-calmed prime location which is still close to the city centre.

Volland Projekte acquired this object in 2007, and renovations were completed in 2011. The attic space was converted on an area of 210 m² to house an exclusive maisonette flat with floor heating. Two large roof terraces facing south-west emphasize its exclusive character. Also, the interior accessories reflect high quality standards: oak parquet floors, natural stone, Dornbracht fittings designed by Antonio Lupi.

The estate partly remains private property.
